Bio-based Degradable New Materials Application Scenarios
Bio-based degradable new materials are environmentally friendly materials prepared from renewable biomass such as plant starch, agricultural and forestry straw, bamboo fiber and microbial fermentation polyester. They can be naturally degraded under natural environment or industrial composting conditions, which can effectively reduce the accumulation of plastic waste and microplastic pollution, and lower industrial carbon emissions. They are green new materials in line with the dual carbon goals and circular economy development.
